Return Policy

 

  • If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window. Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition.
  • Please note that some products cannot be return even if it is "No Longer Needed".
  • If the return window of your product is expired, we refer you to the brand warranty center (if applicable).

Category Return Policy
Phones Cannot return the item, even if "No Longer Needed". Only replaceable when arrived with physical or software problems.
Tablets Cannot return the item, even if "No Longer Needed". Only replaceable when arrived with physical or software problems.
Mobile Accessories Cannot return the item, even if "No Longer Needed".

Return Policy for Laptop and Desktop

Category Return Policy
Laptop Cannot return the item, even if "No Longer Needed". Only replaceable when arrived with physical problems.
Desktop Cannot return the item, even if "No Longer Needed". Only replaceable when arrived with physical problems.
Computer Accessories Cannot return even, if "No Longer Needed". Only replaceable when differ from the website presentation.

Category Return Policy
Tables & Chair Only replaceable when arrived damaged. In case of return, delivery charge and 10% price of the item must be paid.
Other Furniture Cannot return the item, even if "No Longer Needed". Only replaceable when arrived with physical problems.

Return Policy for Stationary

Category Return Policy
Stationary Items Stationary cannot be returned for "No Longer Needed". It can only be replaced incase of damage.

Return Policy for TV, Audio & Camera

Category Return Policy
TV Only replaceable when arrived damaged. In case of return, delivery charge and 10% price of the item must be paid.
Audio Player Cannot return the item, even if "No Longer Needed". Only replaceable when arrived with physical problems.
Camera It cannot be return. But can only be replaced if the product doesn't match the presentation in web.

Return Policy for Home Appliances

Category Return Policy
AC & Airpurifier Only replaceable when arrived damaged. The item shouldn't be used for valid return policy.
Fan & Cooler Cannot return the item, even if "No Longer Needed". Only replaceable when arrived with physical problems.
Fridges Cannot return the item, even if "No Longer Needed". Only replaceable when arrived with physical problems.

Conditions for Return

  • The product must be unused and without any flaws. Product broken or damaged by the client won't be returned.
  • The product must be returned with all tags, user manual, warranty cards, accessories and freebies.
  • The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packing box.
If the product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

Reasons for Return

  • The Product delivered is physically damaged or malfunction, or is missing parts.
  • The product delivered is incorrect or doesn't match with the presentation on website.
  • Delivery of the product you "No Longer Need" (you have changed your mind, you don't like the product, you no longer have use for the product); appliable for only selected products.
